    Scope with a fixed fee. We tell you what to build first, what to defer, what not to build at all, and what an off-the-shelf tool would handle better. Discovery is a paid, fixed-fee engagement so you know what you're getting before you commit to a build.

    Build. Python/FastAPI on the backend, React and TypeScript on the front. Native iOS or Android when needed. AI models where they save real time. All the code is yours.

    Integrate with your stack. QuickBooks, HubSpot, Google Workspace, your existing CRM, your existing accounting. New systems don't replace what's working. They plug into it.

    Deploy. AWS by default (Docker on EC2, or serverless where it fits). Your infrastructure if you have preferences. We handle DevOps.

    Train + hand off documentation. The team who'll use it every day learns how it works. Written docs, video walkthroughs, and a support channel with an actual human.

    Retainer for support + improvements. Software isn't done at launch. Monthly retainer covers bug fixes, small enhancements, and the changes that come from actually using the thing.

Elevated Deck Systems: a construction business's entire operation, custom built.

EDS had grown well beyond what off-the-shelf tools could handle. Estimates meant pulling from scattered spreadsheets. Every invoice, PO, and payment lived in a different tool. Sales, ops, and accounting couldn't see each other's work. Five phases later, they run the whole business on one system we built for them.
